by The BitClave co-founder Vasily Trofimchuk approached me with a draft of their pitch deck presentation. He wanted a more concise and succinct keynote. The deck was supposed to be sent by e-mail to investors, partners, and for the ICO announcement. I helped to re-structure ideas and data, after that built a unified narrative. I also designed the draft slides that supported the narrative.

- Unfortunately, in 2020 The Securities and Exchange Commission announced charges against BitClave for conducting an unregistered initial coin offering (ICO) of digital asset securities. BitClave agreed to settle the charges by returning proceeds from the offering and paying additional monetary relief to be distributed to investors.
